As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution and support of campaign activations ensuring clients are guided through the creative execution development of digital media, paid media, and instore products with a lens on accurate experiences for the customer and successful development of the campaign objective. You will understand product capabilities, Best Buy’s brand guidelines, the creative process, and what’s needed to successfully create and launch a campaign, in an evolving industry with continual expansion of portfolio of offerings. In close collaboration with cross functional partners, you will work on multiple bodies of execution work at once, balance timelines, contribute to business goals, work on varies projects and approach client work with a consultative mindset to retain and grow business.

This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, MN. You might be asked to come into the office up to 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support the end-to-end creative execution of digital media, paid media, and instore campaigns
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Consult* with clients and support Account Managers through the creative and execution development * level of consultation will vary based on accounts
  • Drive timeline needs and constraints for committed activity
  • Be the expert in creative capabilities of Best Buy Ads product offerings and effectively communicate options, limitations and needs to clients
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams such as Partner & Category Marketing, Media Strategy, Creative teams, Project Managers, Reporting and other marketing teams to provide creative and execution recommendations that deliver on campaign objectives
  • Recommend creative approaches
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years equivalent work experience
  • 2 years’ experience in fast-paced client-facing role
  • 2 years’ experience in agency or marketing role
  • 2 years’ experience in retail media
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Salescloud Experience
  • Workfront
